What is Steel Drilling and why is it used?

The use of Steel Drilling is a different process of drilling compared to Diamond and Stitch.  The use of a Mag Drill (magnetic) is required with drill bits that are of a different style.  The way these drill bit are made and the material they are made from give them the ability to drill through steel RSJs.

It is commonly used so that cables and pipework can be hidden

above false ceilings.  Hidden from sight but easily accessible when access is required.

Steel Drilling has key features that make it the perfect solution - it is quick and relatively non-vibrational,  relatively low noise omission, no dust creation, less debris production, equipment is lightweight and portable
